Here is what to expect during our programs
and how you can support their growth at home.
Stage 1: The 3-Day Residency
A structured, safe environment led by mentors with lived experience.
Participants engage in residential workshops on financial literacy, goal-setting, communication, and emotional awareness.
Stage 2: Coming Home Prepared
Students return with a free laptop, completion stipend, and completion certificate. We encourage you to celebrate this milestone
and offer them space to process their growth.
Stage 3: Aftercare Services
Our journey continues with monthly check-ins and resource connections.
As alumni, students are invited to ongoing retreats and summits, keeping them connected to a network that truly wants to see them succeed.
