Youth RA College Tour

Our campus visits are more than a tour, they are an opportunity for prospective and current students to develop their identity as scholars, beyond their lived experiences. We bridge the gap between release and higher education by connecting them directly to campus leaders, academic networks, and navigational workshops built specifically for system-impacted students.

Rising Scholars

Support network active across 84 California community colleges, offering dedicated resources for formerly incarcerated students.

Project Rebound

Operating across 19 CSU campuses since 1967, this program focuses on successful reintegration through bachelor-level education.

Underground Scholars

A peer-led initiative at all 9 UC campuses, building a robust prison-to-school pipeline for advanced scholars.

Legacy & Leadership: The Olomana Cohort

For our alumni, leadership begins when their Youth RA program ends.

In December 2025, our inaugural cohort traveled to the to Hawaii for an all expense paid trip leadership development summit. Our young people shared their stories and academic successes with incarcerated youth at Olomana Youth Correctional Facility.

Aftercare & The Alumni Network

CONTINUING THE JOURNEY

The Youth RA experience extends far beyond the final workshop. Every graduate joins the PEP Alumni Network, receiving minimum 60-day check-ins to navigate new challenges. Our commitment includes ongoing resource connections, regional retreats, and exclusive summits, providing the stable foundation needed for long-term success and growth.
